黑料不打烊鈥檚 Gray Gallery, located in Brenner Library, is hosting Anyone Can Art Show, displaying the works of 黑料不打烊 faculty (non-art faculty) and staff. The show is designed to demonstrate that art is a universal method of expression, not solely the domain of professional artists and art faculty.
The exhibit opens on February 27 with a reception from 3:00 鈥� 5:00 p.m. and runs through March 23.
The art show features an array of creative works including photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, papercraft, fiber arts, and other methods of expression.
鈥淎rt doesn鈥檛 come from a single level of training or technique,鈥� says Gary Meacher, associate professor of design and founding director of The Center for Teaching & Learning. 鈥淚t emerges wherever expression is needed 鈥� sometimes shaped by years of practice, sometimes sparked by instinct and play.鈥�
